LSA 45 CLASS MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: MELISSA RAMIREZ

Leadership San Antonio is recognizing several exemplary members who are going above and beyond during the COVID-19 crisis. Today’s spotlight is on City of San Antonio, Development Services’ Melissa Ramirez.

How do you uniquely contribute to San Antonio (during this time)?

Our Department is considered essential and we are continuing to move our City forward in development activity.  We have created innovative ways to continue to serve our customers and the public.  We have begun hosting virtual board/commission meetings to allow the development process to continue and not stop development.

I love LSA because … LSA helps bring great ideas to life!  We are problem solvers and collectively solve personal/professional problems every day.  We have each other’s support and know we have people to lean on if needed.  Love my LSA 45 Team!

How can LSA show we care and are ready to help?

I like the idea of volunteering and helping those in need.  We need to show that we are here to help.
